One Santa Fe Tenants Association
We are a group of 150 plus residents and growing of the One Santa Fe Building. We are tired of the lies and living like this for the past 2.5 years. First we were promised our new amenities would be back by Feb of 2021. We were given a discount on our rent for the lack of pool & gym etc. Then new management came in and took that away. New residents in 2020 were not even told the amenities were leaving. New residents in 2021 were told all amenities will be up and running in 3 months. Now we get no answers at all, just a letter saying here's your 10% rent increase. If you are tired of this please join our cause and spread the message, we are powerful in numbers!
